At Source Naturals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
